Cat Eye Effect

There are 2 basic ways to make a Cat Eye Tumbler.

Step 1. Choose Your Solution Method
Option 1 is to use Magic Flow Mineral Oil+Pigment with Mineral Oil Dye
Option 2 is to use Magic Flow Mineral Oil with Pigment Powder

Step 2. Choose Tumblers
The tumbler will also play a role in the flow of your additives. We recommend 16oz acrylic cans.

Step 3. Add your Starter Kit(s)
The Basic Snow globe is perfect for getting your feet wet. Go with the Makers Kit if you're ready to seal your cups when complete.

Step 1. Choose Your Solution Method

You must select Mineral Oil+Pigment and Mineral oil Dye

OR

Mineral Oil and Pigment Powder. Add roughly 1/2 teaspoon of powder to every 3oz of Mineral Oil.
